Goth press-on nails are hand-painted, reusable sets in black, chrome and pink that has seen things. All three here are medium almond: Haunted Doll ($45) with a sculpted bunny, drippy ghost and 3D eye; Midnight Oil ($40, black glitter with a silver crescent moon; and Chrome Thorn ($40), mulberry cat-eye chrome with silver thorn line work.

Every set is painted one at a time in Baltimore and ships in 3–5 business days. None of them apologize for anything.

Which goth set is easiest to wear every day?

Chrome Thorn is the easiest one to live in, because it has no rhinestones and no charms: just magnetic mulberry cat-eye chrome and silver thorn line work, sealed under two top coats. Midnight Oil sits in the middle, with star studs and iridescent crystals over black glitter. Haunted Doll is the full production.

How much do the Haunted Doll charms stick up?

Noticeably, and that is the point. The sculpted bunny and 3D eye on Haunted Doll are built in place in gel rather than glued on, which is why they survive rewear, but they stand well above the nail. Typing, hair ties and jewelry clasps take some getting used to. If this is your first press-on, start with something flatter.

What length and size should I order?

Order the kit that matches your nail-bed width, because all three goth sets are medium almond: long enough to look deliberate, short enough to text with. Questions about goth sets

Are goth press-on nails only for Halloween?

No. Black glitter, mulberry chrome and a pink-and-black doll set work in March as well as October. Haunted Doll also sits in the Halloween collection, but nothing here expires on November 1.

What colors count as goth nails?

Black first, then deep purples, blood reds, silver chrome and pink worn with a straight face. Here that means Midnight Oil's black glitter, Chrome Thorn's mulberry cat-eye and Haunted Doll's pink and black.

Can I get goth press-ons in stiletto or coffin?

Yes, as a custom set. The three gallery sets are all medium almond, but on a custom order you pick the shape, get a mockup within 48 hours, and pay nothing until you approve it.
