Kawaii press-on nails
Kawaii press-on nails are the cute end of nail art: soft colors, sculpted little objects and more detail than necessary. Three are here: Confetti Birthday ($70), long square with a cake slice and your age in silver; Siren Shell ($66), teal jelly stilettos with shells and pearls; and Pink Sugar French ($52), short square with two sculpted flowers.
Cute is not the same as fragile. The charms are sculpted in place in gel, not glued on top, which is why they survive being taken off and worn again.

Questions about kawaii sets
What does kawaii mean in nail art?
Kawaii is Japanese for cute. In nail art it means pastel or candy colors, tiny 3D objects and a lot of small detail. Here that looks like sprinkles and a cake slice, teal jelly with pearls, and a rosy French with sculpted flowers.
Is there a short kawaii set?
Yes: Pink Sugar French is short square, rosy nude with white tips and a sculpted flower on two nails. Confetti Birthday and Siren Shell are both long. For a short set with more charms, a custom order lets you pick the length.
Can you paint my favorite cartoon character?
No, not if it belongs to someone else: no set here reproduces trademarked characters or brand logos. An original character, drawn for your set from your description, is a different story, and that is what custom orders are for.
