Manage your membership: sign in to your account, then click Manage Subscription.

The Nail of the Month Club

Membership is $55 a month ($67 with a custom fit), shipping included. Each month you get that month's design in your size kit; Maddie picks the shape and length. Your first set is paid for when you join. After that, you're charged on the 15th of each month, the day the next design goes up, and your set ships by the 5th of that design's month. Your membership renews every month until you cancel.

Skip, pause or cancel

Sign in to your account (we email you a 6-digit code, no password needed), then click Manage Subscription. From there you can skip a month, pause, or cancel. Do it before the 15th (Eastern time) and you won't be charged for the next design. There's no minimum number of months and no fee to cancel.

After a charge goes through

Once you're charged on the 15th, Maddie paints that month's set for you, so the charge isn't refunded and the set still ships. Cancelling then stops every charge after it. If you're charged after you skipped or cancelled in time, reply to your order email and we'll refund it in full.

Skipped months

Each design is retired when the next one goes up and is never made again, so a skipped month's design can't be ordered later.

Changes

Update your shipping address or card under Manage Subscription in your account before the 15th. To change your size kit, reply to any order email before the 15th. If the membership price ever changes, we'll email members at least 30 days before, so you can cancel first if you'd like.
